iRoChat Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 Mayis 2026

1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service are between the iRoChat Team (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") and the "User" who accesses or uses the software, services, and features provided by the Platform. By accessing the Platform or creating an account, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

2. Provision of Service and Right to Modify

The Platform is an evolving ecosystem. The iRoChat Team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services, including technical infrastructure, interface, or pricing policies, at any time without prior notice.

The iRoChat Team shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions caused by system updates, server maintenance, or security requirements.

3. User Responsibilities and Content

  • Content Responsibility: The legal responsibility for any text, image, file, or data created, shared, or transmitted by Users belongs exclusively to the User.
  • Copyrights: Users may not share any content on the Platform for which they do not own the property rights or have explicit permission to use.
  • Prohibited Activities: It is strictly forbidden to use the Platform for illegal activities, fraud, cyber-attacks, or the harassment of third parties.

4. Digital Assets (iRo) and Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: Digital units (iRo) purchased through the Platform and digital content obtained using these units (profile customizations, roles, effects, etc.) are considered "instantly performed services" and consumables. Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
  • Usage License: iRo and digital content are not "sold" to the User; instead, the User is granted a limited, non-transferable license to use these assets within the Platform. No claims can be made regarding these assets in the event of the Platform's termination of operations.

5. Account Security and Termination

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

The iRoChat Team reserves the right to terminate accounts without notice and without refunding any remaining balance in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service.
  • Attempts to damage the technical structure of the Platform (reverse engineering, exploiting bugs, etc.).
  • Actions that disrupt the peace and security of the community.

6. Limitation of Liability

iRoChat provides its services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service.

The iRoChat Team shall not be held responsible for the activities of third-party links or external servers (e.g., private rooms created by users) or any data loss occurring within such resources.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Platform's management is located, and the local courts and execution offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
